Daily Snack Time
Each child is responsible for their daily snack. It is in the afternoon after their special time. If your child brings their snack back home it could be a birthday treat day, they picked to not have their snack, or your child could have picked a left over item from breakfast. Breakfast items that are saved are fruit bars, apples, bananas, and other similar items.

Clip Up Clip Down Individual Tree Charts
Everyday the children will begin the day on the area of "Ready to Learn." The goal is to show signs of good behavior, following directions, working hard, and other principled behaviors to be able to move their clip up the tree. If he/she clips up to Marvelous and continue to show positive behaviors his/her clip will move to Mrs. McCormick and be clipped onto her. Once that is done he/she will receive an I.B. tree sticker. The children will work hard to not clip down on their tree charts. Negative behaviors such as: not being nice to others, not following directions and classroom rules will cause a him/her to clip down on their tree chart. If a child goes on to the communication and reflect area of the tree then parents will be contacted on what happened during the day. Parents will know where their child was on the chart at the end of the day. The children will be coloring the area on their tree they ended the day on. The charts will be going home in the children's communication folders daily. PARENTS MUST SIGN THEIR CHILD'S TREE CHART EVERYDAY AND RETURN IT TO SCHOOL ON THE FOLLOWING DAY. The student's that turn in their tree charts daily will now be reserving a sticker. our three week candy incentive is now over and we are moving to our three week sticker reward. I appreciate any sticker donations to help with the rewards.
